One can decide between elements out of synthetics with polystyrene insulation shells inside and elements out of polyurethane foam. Additionally, one can opt for an insect screen grille to be integrated into the system (not with RA.2 and RA.3) or for a motorised upgrade or when installing the system initially.

KARO ROLLER SHUTTER SYSTEM

The internally located inspection panel on the KARO, with the opening to the back or underneath, permits optimal access for potential servicing. Naturally the KARO can also be enhanced with the optional insect screen grille or the motor driven and automatic control function. It is often chosen for private and commercial building projects. PURO 2.XR ROLLER SHUTTER SYSTEM

Characteristically for the New-Building Housing System PURO.XR is the externally located inspection opening in two different sizes. The completely closed roller shutter housing which aligns inwards, ensures optimal thermal insulation values. The system sits on top of the window and is mounted in one work step. Due to the multi-functionality of the system, an insect screen grille can be integrated or retro-fitted quickly and without complication. The main body of the housing is manufactured with polyurethane foam and guarantees extraordinary noise-reduction and thermal insulation with minimal weight. PUR is rot-proof, mould and decay resistant, noise neutral and physiologically inert.

RA.3 ROLLER SHUTTER SYSTEM

The RA.3 system is often chosen for private and commercial building projects. The housing parts are made out of dual hollow chambers and thereby provide stability, insulation ability and high-level sound proofing values. As the systems are delivered and installed with the windows, many benefits are gained not only in the planning and implementation phases but also with thermal protection. Due to the thermal insulation unit of the window and roller shutters valuable energy can be saved and is hence like cash in the hand. With the RA.3 housing, the inspection opening is found at the bottom, which allows the housing side facing into the room to be painted over or wallpapered with ease.
